COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND ACTIVITES

Members of the Alpha Elite Service Organization participate in a number of educational projects such as:  Financial Aid Workshops; ACT Prep Sessions; and college tours. The organization is equally involved in volunteering with the Bay Area Food Bank, Wings of Life Rescue Mission, Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society, fraternity’s Annual Blood Drive; Religious Men Conferences and Concerts; securing donations to Wilmer Hall Children’s Home; Penelope House for Battered Women and Children and holiday food drives.

Most noted community involvement is the Organization’s standing commitment to Redeemed Community Church, where the Elites participate in their outreach program each month to provide support and cheer to the residents of Azalea City Nursing of Mobile.

The Elites are also instrumental in volunteering with community constituents, upon request.  The Alpha Elites also support an important national initiative of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated – The March of Dimes.
